At Stepping Stones North Wales, we stand alongside adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, offering free, specialist counselling and support in communities across the six counties of North Wales.

Inclusivity lies at the heart of everything we do and we are deeply proud of our Welsh roots. Every service we provide is offered in both Welsh and English, ensuring that those who come to us can access support in the language that feels most comfortable to them.

Our counsellors are BACP-registered and trauma-informed, bringing a depth of professionalism and care to their work that ensures survivors feel safe, respected, and truly heard. But our strength lies not only in individual expertise – it is in our Whole Team Approach. Together, every member of Stepping Stones North Wales plays a role in creating the highest standards of care and support.

We also know that recovery and healing do not happen in isolation. That’s why we value our partnerships with other providers and agencies. By working together, we can ensure survivors receive the joined-up, compassionate support they deserve.
