Stepping Stones North Wales receives £75,000 funding boost from Lloyds Bank Foundation

Wrexham-based charity Stepping Stones North Wales has been awarded a £75,000 grant by Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales. Lloyds Bank Foundation announced the funding as part of its programme for specialist community organisations across England and Wales, totalling £6.2 million.
This crucial funding will enable the charity to strengthen its free counselling and support services for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse throughout North Wales.
Welcoming the grant, Phil Eastment, Stepping Stones North Wales commented:
“We are delighted to receive this grant and the additional professional support from Lloyds Bank Foundation, I am so proud that the Foundation has recognised the hard work, professionalism and dedication of the whole Stepping Stones North Wales team.
Receiving this award gives us the opportunity to further increase our support to survivors of childhood sexual abuse across North Wales, helping them to address complex issues and the long-term effect of their trauma.”
